Delivery Areas
We deliver surveying equipment throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery options and costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express UK Delivery: 1-2 working days
- International Delivery: 5-10 working days (depending on destination)
- Collection: Available from our premises by arrangement
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. You will see the exact delivery cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £500.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.
Specialist Equipment Delivery
For large or specialist surveying equipment, we offer dedicated delivery services including:

Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
