At Shannon Survey Limited, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our surveying equipment. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.
30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-ordered or specially manufactured equipment
- Software licenses and digital products
- Consumable items and accessories that have been opened or used
- Equipment showing signs of use, damage, or missing components
- Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must include the RA number to be processed.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged equipment, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. After the 30-day return period, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating warranty service when needed.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large equipment or items that require special handling, testing, or repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
